Carmen Stefu, Director of Marketing & Client Relations

WesternLaw Group is excited to announce the addition of Carmen Stefu to our great team in the position of Director of Marketing & Client Relations.  Carmen will be available to help our HOA clients through her unique perspective of having managed Community Associations, having owned a management company and having widespread interactions in the legal world of Homeowner Associations.  Her extensive experience will benefit both the HOA clients and the Community Managers that manage HOAs. 

Carmen has over 24 years of experience in the HOA world.  She owned an HOA management company for over 14 years and worked as a manager herself during her entire career even when owning a management company.  She also holds her CMCA, AMS & PCAM designations and has been involved with CAI Rocky Mountain Chapter (CAI-RMC) through the years by serving on various committees, CLAC, the CAI-RMC Board of Directors and served as the President of the CAI-RMC Chapter from 2015-2017.  Carmen has managed various styles of Homeowner Associations, including high rises, single family communities, condominiums, townhomes, paired homes, mixed use and even cooperatives in her career, therefore she will be able to understand & assist with the intricacies of all types of Homeowner Associations.
